Impact & Accomplishments
A renowned Scottish breeder and importer of Galloway, Shorthorn, and Hereford cattle, Walter Biggar judged the steer classes at the International Live Stock Exposition thirteen times between 1921 and 1946. During his final trip to the show, he was inducted into the Saddle & Sirloin Club Portrait Collection.
Biggar also judged at the Canadian National and the Royal Sydney Show, among others.

Biggar owned a large farm near Dalbeattie, Scotland.
From an article in Time Magazine dated December 12, 1932; the reporter noted that Biggar "usually dresses in brown. He always carries a cane."
